Returns & exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. I hope you’ll enjoy wearing it or gifting it, but if you don’t want to keep it, I’ll be happy to take it back and give you a full refund. Just return it to me, insured, in the same condition as you received it, within 10 days after you receive it. EXCEPTION: all custom orders are final. Unfortunately, I cannot refund shipping fees.

I try to make sure that the things I make are of the highest quality. But sometimes something goes wrong. If the item you buy from me does not stand up to the normal wear and tear of everyday life, I will repair or replace it. You only need to cover the cost of shipping it to me and I will cover the cost of shipping it back to you. This repair guarantee does not include damage that results from improper use of the item. (If you use one of my bracelets to prop up an uneven table leg, I will not be responsible if the bracelet gets crushed. ;)

Shipping policies

I ship anywhere in the United States for FREE. Your purchase will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. If you need it sooner, please let me know before you finalize your order and I’ll do my best to make that happen. When I’m temporarily unavailable - because of travel or for other reasons - my announcement will say so. Otherwise, and except for custom orders, all purchases will be shipped out within 5 business days. Once shipped, you should receive your purchase within 2-3 days in the U.S. Apologies, but I am unable to ship to addresses outside the U.S. at the present time.
